Put Oil Industry Searches on Any Site

The RigMatch searches are available for use on other sites. Using the free search form below sends users directly to RigMatch energy industry web search results.

Energy Industry and Drilling Permit searches can become an integral part of your site under a licensing arrangement. Under a licensing arrangement, the search engine becomes a feature of your site -- the search results pages look like your site and maintain your navigation links. Please contact RigMatch for details.

How to Put a RigMatch Free Search on your Site

Below are two sample forms. Just click on the link below the form to access the short snippet of HTML code you need to put the form on your site (you can either save the page to your hard drive and access it from there, or copy the code directly off of the page and paste it into your page). Feel free to edit the forms as necessary to fit them on your page -- just don't do anything to embarass us.

If you have trouble getting this to work, first read the extra instructions below the boxes. If that doesn't help, please contact us and we'll give you a hand.

The Search Form:

Search the Energy Industry on the Web

Search Gulf Coast Drilling Permits
Put these searches on your site

Download code here

Extra instructions:

  • First, try clicking on one of the links above. If the raw HTML tags appear on your screen, highlight them with your cursor and copy and paste them into your own page. Or, save the file to your hard drive and access it from there.

  • Some browsers (notably IE 5) have a bad habit of displaying a plain text file as a formatted page. If you see a search box (like the ones above), instead of code, try right-clicking (using your right mouse button instead of the left one, or COMMAND or CONTROL-clicking if you're on a Mac) on the link instead of using the regular mouse button.

  • You should see a menu pop up that will allow you to save the file (which will be called "formcode1.txt" or "formcode2.txt") instead of viewing it -- usually the command is "Save link as..." or "Save target as...". Save the file to your hard drive, then open it in a text editor and copy and paste the code as described above.

If you have any problems, again please contact us.
